Aging Fabulously spectracolor pencils, 2012 At the time of this sitting, I had known my very good friend Rene for a few years. We had talked about he posing for me previously a few times. Finally our schedules jived and this drawing is the result. I named the piece as above since Rene was 64 when drawn. When The Beatles wrote "When I'm 64", it's certain they didn't envision the vibrant health that Rene exudes.
